9:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern Time, seven days per week.

The TRH Care Center is a certified Rural Health Center, which also does primary care. We accept appointments as well as walk-ins. We accept our last patient 30 minutes prior to closing.

The Taylor Regional Hospital Care Center, formerly known as TRH Urgent Care, is located just across the Green County line at 1911 Campbellsville Road.
