TAYLOR REGIONAL SURGICAL ASSOCIATES
RELOCATES TO NEW OFFICE
(CAMPBELLSVILLE, KENTUCKY)--- Taylor Regional Surgical Associates will be opening their new office at 1698 Old Lebanon Road on January 17, 2006. The office is located in the Taylor Regional Medical Services Building, which is attached to Taylor Regional Hospital. Their telephone numbers will not change and are (270) 465-2821 or (270) 789-0587.
Taylor Regional Surgical Associates consists of Drs.
