Taylor Regional Hospital has been awarded full accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.  In 2003, TRH received a score of 95, which is the highest score ever received at this facility.

Taylor Regional Hospital Home Health is also fully accredited by JCAHO and received a 98 in 2003.

Taylor Regional Hospital Laboratory is full accredited by JCAHO and CLIA.

Taylor Regional Hospital Radiology Department is fully accredited by the American College of Radiology and the FDA.

Taylor Regional Hospital Cancer Center is certified by the American College of Surgeons.

Taylor Regional Hospital is one of five designated trauma centers in the state of Kentucky and the only Level III Trauma Center in the state.  The Trauma Center is certified by the American College of Surgeons.
